Porscha is a leadership coach, systems strategist, and the founder of Georgia Peach Maternity Home. With over 20 years of experience in public sector HR, organizational development, and equity-driven program design, she brings the operational expertise and vision required to lead this work.
Her career has centered on building people-first systems that are both compassionate and accountable—skills she now applies to maternal housing. As the creator of the S.A.V.A.G.E. Model™, a transformational coaching framework, Porscha integrates intentional goal-setting and personal growth into every part of Georgia Peach’s program.
She founded Georgia Peach to create what’s been missing for far too long: a structured, dignified space where young Black mothers can grow, heal, and build a stable future.
